Hi there! I'm dbskyler, and I get to start things off this round! Yes, believe it or not, I have the power to declare fic_rush started!

Or, not to declare it started. Muah-ha-ha!

But of course I wouldn't abuse my Power of Starting the Round to do anything silly. Oh, no. Although I can't help noticing that fic_rush cannot actually start until I say that it can.

But, I'm a very reasonable person. It's just that unless I allow it, there will be no fic_rush.
