I wrote! I wrote!!! I added about 800 words to one ficlet that's almost FINISHED now, and another 200 words to one that probably isn't going to work at all and may get scrapped. But still, that's one fic with the post post in sight!!

Check the BethInExile blog -- and you'll have to decide what year to give it. One of the characters has only appeared in 2013, but the TARDIS will fit in anywhere . . .

Just back home (I was away for New Year's -- Happy New Year, by the way!). With the TARDIS as a main character, you can choose any unfulfilled year. Just take a look at the year claiming post here: http://dw-50ficathon.livejournal.com/2840.html and pick any year that doesn't say "fulfilled" next to it. However, if you want the main series as your media source, you need to pick one of the years the series was on the air (1963-1989, or after 2005). If you want to use a different media source -- books, Big Finish, etc. -- you need to choose a year in which that source was published.

Let me know if you have any questions, and thanks for fulfilling another year! Oh, and no matter what, I will also tag your story "anniversary fic" for featuring a character from the anniversary episode. : )

Sorry I wasn't around all that much this round. Quite frankly today was a crap day all the way around. Maybe I should just scrap everything writing - wise and start back fresh in the new year.

Despite the usual procrastinating, I managed to write ~1350 words, and finish a fic I started in July. That's a good Rush!

And it's only 8pm 7:38pm on Sunday where I am, and I never start on Friday evenings, so I'm giving myself a little more time to try and get another 500 words. That's just 5 kittens. I can do 5 kittens...

I failed a bit at actually coming back to comment, but I actually typed up two YUletide treats - 1200 words on the Sat and 700 words on the Sun. I had intended to edit my proper Yuletide fic, but that was still good!
