Round 3 Signup/Announcement Post

Round 3 of fic_rush will be two weeks from now, on the 26th & 27th. Tell a friend! It runs from midnight to midnight GMT. Time Zone Converter, yo.

Signing up is still not mandatory, but it would be cool if you posted here if you think you'll be participating.
