I got one project done of the FINALLY AFTER YEARS kind of done, made a little progress in a couple of others, and am almost done with another majot project! Best of all, the last item is for ME so I'm chuffed.

I didn't post on the comm as much as I'd liked (a hazard of doing stuff from work and trying to type on mobile, lol) but I did words! And a pile of formatting and now I have a dead tree draft of a lingering project!

And also made a drabble comm so I guess I was inspired ahahha

First of all: Thank you for bringing this comm to DW and to live again.

I'm so happy to have it back. Okay, maybe I should have been around more often, but I did answer some posts/comments. And I got some writing done. One rough draft edited, finished and posted. Another one (a bit longer this time = 1200 words) started and finished, though a bit editing is still needed.

I plan to be around next months again - can't wait for the poll ;)

Hurrah! I wound up overtired on Sat and falling down a family history rabbit hole on Sunday, so I was not being great at the wording bit, but it was still fun, and I enjoyed my brief usurpation.

I did not get a great deal of wording done this weekend, but all of it was because of this comm! Including finishing a fic I've been stuck on since...well the last round of fic_rush!

I only took part on Sunday, but managed to get through a bit of my fic WIP that I had been bouncing off for days beforehand, and all thanks to the encouragement from sundry rushers. I hope everybody else had as good a time as I did. :)

I sorted through a couple-hundred messages and managed to delete a couple thousand more (my gmail is an original from 2004 - I had stuff saved from a project that ran 2006-2009 and yeah, no need to keep wasting those bits and bytes), and while most of it was just filing, a lot required written replies, too. ^^;; (There's still a ways to go, but it's getting better!)
