Round 11 is over!  We had glowsticks and penguins and crackfic.  And people wrote and edited and posted.

Many many thanks to [livejournal.com profile] lullabymoon , [livejournal.com profile] glinda_penguin , [livejournal.com profile] isdon_isgood9 , and [livejournal.com profile] dbskyler , who all took shifts and kept the joy going.  And a grand salute to the Admiral, [livejournal.com profile] studyofrunning !

So this is your chance to brag about it!  Be sure to send [livejournal.com profile] studyofrunning the details of fics so she can update the fic gallery.

And if you haven't already voted in the Round 12 poll, heck, why not?

I made it to the end! *dances*

I'm quite pleased. I got ~700 words written in total today, but I also had several needed plot bunnies and had a whale of a time (even if I'll never look at penguins the same way again!).

Congrats to everyone else who managed to get stuff done and thank you lolmac, and everyone else who helped, for hosting. ♥

And now, bed.

The Fic Gallery is here (http://community.livejournal.com/fic_rush/874.html?mode=reply). Those glowstick fics from the comments qualify for submission.

I wrote comment crack fic!

Also I busted through some revisions I really needed to make on my original novella and sent that off to my "accountabilibuddy". I finished up the very roughest draft of a Burn Notice/Justified crossover one-shot, and I wrote about 800-900 words of the MacGyver/Due South crossover plus figuring out major stuff that will help when I have real writing mojo to work with.

All told, I am happy with what I managed to get done. Mostly. I am so grateful for everyone who took a shift or just hung out making things awesome and keeping me at least trying to write! Y'all are so awesome, particularly the ones who committed to being here and driving us all on!

I got a little bit of fic done the first 24, however I was away from the computer all day today, doing various errands, housecleaning and football watching and didn't get anything fic wise done.

I blame the Penquins. They obviously brainwash you with those glowsticks.

I did enjoy all the crackfic when I read the posts.

Saturday was a very successful day, with 4500 words of fic.

Yesterday, not so much - I wrote about 1000 words of utter drivel that I've since deleted as not being worth even re-reading let alone editing.

Ah well.

And congrats to everyone else who got something creative done (incl [livejournal.com profile] lost_spook and her iconses).

I did not get any writing done. I got a lot of Productive RL Stuffs done, such as baking bread and shopping and trying to tidy my room. I also marathoned some Stargate (yay) and finished reading a book on modern garbage archaeology (which I have to write a 6-8 page review of for class, but really it's just fun). And I did not get my algebra homework done... I have a test today...

I...uh, kinda sorta wrote! Most of it was editing or writing little transitional pieces between other bits so I haven't the foggiest on wordcount but it was a good go. My goal of finishing my current chapter wasn't reached but I was vastly amused en route to my failure by the crackfic and good company.

So, I got about 5,500 words of my Eleventh Doctor fic done over the course of the two days, which pleased me. And the crackfic too...which I put down to us all being bad influences on each other... ;D
