Round 32 is Over!!!

It's over! You can relax and "research" without thinking I should be writing.

For now.

Next weekend there will be a bonus round, because we randomly decided to do extra Fic Rush. I think the exact starting time is up in the air right now, but it will cover at least the second half of our usual 48 hours. As always, we'll announce here when it starts.

Anyway, how'd your writing weekends go?

I just wrote 1250 words in the last couple of hours, so a total of 4320 for the rush!

I tripled the size of one WIP, dashed off two kink_bingo squares, and am nearly done with a third.

Plus lots of research, some of it even necessary. *g*

I mostly only wrote during my own hours this weekend. I got somewhere around 1300 words. Also some planning, but I don't think I'll end up using that.

I finished one of the projects I'm doing for an exchange, about 1000 words, and I wrote 569 words for fan_flashworks. Two more exchanges to go.

Pretty sad weekend for me as far as writing went, but I got to spend a lot of time with my family, which was really nice. Went shopping with my mom on Friday, on Saturday I hung out with my older brother and we chatted and played games, and today I spent a couple hours researching and then had dinner with my parents, my sister, and my younger brother and we watched the closing ceremonies of the Olympics. So it was a nice weekend in the sense of taking some down time.

Writing wise, I probably wrote about 2000 words total, but none on the projects I was supposed to be working on.

I got assorted non-writing creative stuff done, and finally got myself to the point of beginning to review the WIP that I'm hoping to be able to tackle. I even got a few ideas of what to do to get it wrapped up!

I added 4100 words to my big bang over the weekend and passed the minimum word count. Rather pleased at how productive this weekend was.

I am slightly envious because I have no siblings (not even a cousin), but spending time with all of them plus two thousands words is a fantastic achievement!
