Round 36 Wrap-Up Post

What a great round! We had new people (welcome, and hope to see you again!), and old people (welcome back, and hope to see you again!) We had finished fic, and finished drafts! We had sex scenes, and adverbs aplenty, and tea!

I managed 450 words this last hour, bringing the round total up to 1900. I didn't get my yuletide draft finished like I wanted but I'll panic about that tomorrow. I also got a lot of comments and knitting done so I'll count it as a success.

I finished the draft of my 12-year-old WIP! My total for the round is 571 words, which doesn't sound like a lot, but is way more than I've written in a fic_rush round for a long time. Plus, did I mention that I finished the draft?

Thank you to all the mods for their encouragement along the way! I was able to add 3,836 words to my Big Bang, including editing. The story stands at 24,180 words now, which was all written in bits and pieces. But as of this moment, the early parts of the fic are complete (until I get beta notes at least!), and synchronized with each other (until I hear otherwise!) and there are just the ending scenes, which are already outlined, left to create. It's such wonderful progress, and the atmosphere here was such a great help. \o/

I managed to publish a very short story on ff.net and AO3 in the fandom I appear to be wandering into. That took a chunk of revision. Otherwise, my brain was not really in the game this weekend, but I'm pleased that I managed that much.
