Round 50 is over!

Round 50 is over!  Our Golden Jubilee was glorious, with 50 shades of gold (give or take a few), plus plenty of writing, editing, researching, worldbuilding, and a fair amount of laundry to boot.  How did you do?  Tell all!  Brag on!

Be sure to thank your Mod Squad:  pitry, agirlnamedtruth, lullabymoon, juliet316, xandromedovna, lothithil, idlewild_, alinaandalion, and myself, lolmac.  Due to various regulars having RL demands, several of us (lullabymoon, juliet316, xandromedovna and I) pulled down multiple shifts, and everyone had to deal with extreme timey-wimeyness due to my having messed up the schedule the DST time change in the US.  So special golden kudos to all!

I only got about 2k done within the 48 hours but I did spend most of it working and sleeping.

This was my first time doing this, and I came in more than halfway through, but it was really helpful, and I will definitely be back in the future. So thanks so much for the organization and the encouragement and everything! :)

Today was unproductive, since I went back to bed *g*, but I wrote ~1000 words yesterday on a fic that has been lurking in the back of my mind for untold years now. It features a character I've never written before, from his POV (thus far). It's an exciting challenge! she lied through gritted teeth ;-).

Gold ribbons to all the mods. I did some editing, some beta'ing and wrote a couple of long overdue comments(which were fairly long) on the story and podfic of Force Over Distance, a SGU epic.

I did some research(ie, watched dvds)also.

I had a more productive weekend than I've had in a while, even if I only got about 250 words written. That's more than I've written in a long while though so I'm definitely not complaining.
