dragonessa24. We've figured out how we're splitting mod duties, so this project is go again.

Edit, June 7th:
Round 1 happens Saturday, June 13th and Sunday, June 13th. It goes midnight to midnight GMT, meaning it starts Friday evening and ends Sunday evening in the US. Additionally, round 1 is sci-fi themed, so we can all have something in common to begin with. That could mean fic for a sci-fi fandom, fic with a sci-fi plot, or future or space AUs.

The post below this explains more thoroughly what the comm is about, but the short version is: you spend as much of a 48-hour period as you can writing fic. At the start of every hour, we all check in and post our successes, set goals for the next hour, encourage each other, ask for help beating our plots into submission, and so forth.

Signups are a totally informal thing. If you plan on participating, feel free to leave a comment here letting us know you're interested.

Here is a banner you can use to advertise us on your journal, and code you can copy/paste. Obviously you don't have to, but telling your friends about us does benefit you. The fun comes from doing this together, so the more people we get, the better this event is for everyone.
