Possible dates for Round 11

Well, there's definitely interest in having Round 11 in October, which means Round 12 will be in November.  So, when shall we all meet again?[Poll #1627160]

I absolutely can't make it on the 9th/10th, I'm moving on the 11th and will need to finish packing. Of course, that means that if the round does fall on that weekend I will get lots of totally extraneous fic writing done, and no packing... o_O

I have some plans on the 31st so I'll miss a big chunk of that round. On the other hand, Halloween is inspiring and at the very least, I'll be doing last-minute planning for NaNoWriMo, making that a favorite choice in some ways.

Otherwise, I'm pretty much free whenever. I unhelpfully voted for everything.

Hmmm. Fish are often smelly, but what kind of smelly might alien fish be? Maybe they smell like lavender. Or fried chicken. Or chocolate.

It's tricky. There was a chameleon circuit involved and I regenerated. So I am probably the same age...ish...physically. Obviously, I am now so mentally mature that it takes a great effort to lower myself to the level of a normal human being. Also I have no idea when my birthdak is anymore, so now I get all sad and pouty and have to go sulk for a while whenever I see cake.

Come to think of it, why don't they ever do that on the show? Just turn someone into a Time Lord long enough to regenerate.

I would not want my fish to smell like any of those things.

October's not a good month for me, so I voted for the 23rd / 24th as that's the only weekend where I don't already have plans or tentative plans. (This past weekend didn't work either, so no time machine option for me.)

Besides, I think having fic_rush on your birthday would be awesome. We could end every check-in post with "Happy birthday lolmac"! Of course you wouldn't be online to see them, but you could read them later.

I'm coming back from holiday on the 9th but I would be around on the 10th if we had it then. Apart from that I'm free on all the sundays so I'm not so fussed about when it's held.
