Seven people wrote during the first fic_rush. Thanks, guys! This is your place to brag about how much you got written this weekend.

I also direct you to the Fic Gallery, where I can list your stuff when it's done and posted. Otherwise, that post will remain a propaganda piece for the arbitrarabble movement and Doctor/TARDIS shipping. :D

And feedback, open to you guys, and also anyone else who sees this and might participate in future rounds. The hourly post format: good/bad? When's the best time to hold a Round 2? What worked? What didn't?

Well, fic_rush made me start writing for Doctor Who (and write any fic at all in several years, for that matter) and helped me get done three fics, so that's a great achievement! As everyone else said, the company was awesome and very supportive, and feeling like part of a group effort really made me sit down and write. What's more, I got most of my inspiration from you guys (especially for that Six/Tegan fic, which is underway now ;) ) and couldn't have done it without the interaction.

The format worked well, I think, even though there were (understandbly) a few slow hours. I like the idea of doing it once a month, since by then enough fic stuff will have piled up to have something to work on through the 48 hours.

As a mod, I'm proud to have gotten to help make this happen and I was very happy with everyone's participation and interaction.

As a participant, I'm thankful to you all and I can't wait for the next round! :D
