Round 19 is Over!

Well, this was a very . . . well, it was a very timey-wimey round.  Time was out of joint, and posts got made at odd hours, mostly (but not exclusively) by me.  And I can't even excuse myself on jet lag grounds.

Overall, the round was quieter than usual; many of our regulars and semi-regulars weren't around, or were only around briefly.  But others did write, and they carried the blazing banner of Fic-Rushiness onward into a Glorious Future!!

So post here about what you accomplished, or if you didn't get any writing done, post here anyway and say hi.  Tell us what you're working on.  And we'll all get together again next month and accomplish marvelous things!

I managed nearly 1700 words today, of which I am immensely proud. :D

A splendid time was indeed had.

And know I need to head off to bed. Congrats to everyone else who managed to get stuff written/files off doom opened/survived the timewimeyness and the penguins.

I did not get any writing done! And I don't know what I'm working on next! ;D (Except it will probably involve reading Edgar Rice Burroughs and not being able to write normally for weeks. InfiniteViking has gotten me started on the John Carter of Mars series...)

But I have looked over several projects and thought about them. In a directed, eventually-productive sort of way. And I did indeed have a splendid time! :D

I wrote up five cover letters, which was my goal. No actual fic to speak of, but the weekend's not over even if fic_rush is. :D

Hmm. Surprised myself by getting some writing done. Got a couple of tricky bits out of the way, still have to tackle the part where the heroes take a nap. This may not be the best time to try to revise that out; just finished stripping wallpaper and would encourage heroes to get a nice long eight hours and maybe hit the snooze button a few times if writing right now.

Lol, I love it (under multiple identities). Maybe all my identities should also brag here :D

Total word count is around 4000 words. Not as many as I wanted but still pretty good :D. Finished my first scifiland big bang fic, only three more to go. Also only 1000 words til I'm at the minimum word count for next months het_bigbang check in, so I really can't complain :D

I managed to squeeze out another 770 words in the last few hours of the round and then forgot to post to tell you folks before I fell asleep. So the best part of 1000 words all weekend. Not as much as I'd have liked but not bad considering the amount of time I spent knitting rather than writing this weekend!
