Which is an ambiguous subject line at best. But it does look like it. That is to say, it would appear that I have full commenting features available.

I am really fairly uninterested in making a DW account in addition to all the other accounts I have on the internet, but I'd do it for Fic!Rush if it became necessary.

I believe you can link your LJ to DW using a thing/function called OpenID and comment over there with it. (I don't know the details, really.)

half-open ID

I've test-driven using my LJ login as an Open ID on DW, and, well, the mileage varied. I eventually decided it was a PITA, TBH.
