I finished editing my fic this last hour and sent it away to my beta! Which means I've written 1800 words and edited 3000 words this round. I think this may be the first round I've ever actually managed to finish something! :DD

I got a little over a thousand words written. So now the talky-smutty piece has a bit more smut to talk ratio.

Small word count for me for a weekend, but forward movement on a stuck piece, so it's all good.

I got the edit notes done for a fic I was given to beta back in July l . . . just about the time my creativity imp-loded. Since then, I've known that I was not going to be able to really do anything writerly until I FINISHED THE BETA AS I PROMISED.

The irony? It's a great story! No intrinsic reason for me to have frozen up like that. Pfft.

Now, maybe, maybemaybemaybe, I can start WRITING again!!

(One's your title, the other's the one I forgot because LJ was down at the time I was making them and had to work from memory of our crackiness and not from actual examples.)



And I very much hope you're writing again soon, too! (If only because I still want to know what happened with that darn laundry fic! ;-p)

I did edit a ficlet and make a couple of posts, but I also did Keeping Quiet and Not Commenting on Fic Rush much, which is a little sad, but was needed at the time.
