Round 39 . . .

Round 39 will be March 23rd and 24th.

Not all the regular mods are available that weekend, so I'm looking for coverage for the following shifts:

Hours 16-22  (Saturday afternoon EST)  (If Pitry is not able to mod, which is currently undetermined)

Hours 27-31  (Saturday evening/night EST)

Some of this time I can cover, but I'd be very happy not to have to do all of it.  There were several replies indicating interest in stunt modding, so now's your chance to step up!

I could probably handle either of those shifts, or divide them up with someone else.

I'm trying to remember how U.S. daylight savings time affects things. IIRC, for me rush will just start one hour later than it did last month, and GMT never changes?

Gahhh, thank heavens you commented, because I had COMPLETELY missed the fact that effing DST started this weekend. You save my partner and me from being an hour late for an appointment this morning!

I'm putting together a new schedule with the new times. Short answer: GMT never changes, and the Rush starts at 7 pm Friday CDT.

Can you cover (a) from noon to 3 pm CDT on Sunday afternoon, or (b) from 1 pm to 4 pm CDT on Saturday afternoon? If either/both, which is your favourite?

Either of those should be fine. I lean toward Saturday as the favorite, for no particular reason.

In other news -- with the change to DST in the US and UK, even though you don't change for another month, would you be okay if your shifts this time around started and ended an hour earlier?

Ack. The UK is a comparatively civilised place, and they don't go onto DST until late this month. *whine* Why can't weeeee be like that?

In which case -- would you be okay if your shifts start an hour earlier, but end at the same time as before?

Actually, sad to say, it *is* one of my better March weekends. For example, this coming weekend I'm going out of town, so I wouldn't have been able to mod at all. But yes, I can open the round on the 22nd.
