Master Modding Questions: Annual Update

The time has come, the Walrus said, to talk of modding schedules.  Specifically, it's time for me to update the Master Modding Schedule and ask you talk of many things involving time zones and availability.

If you are a mod, or have modded, or would like to mod, or just want to be well-modulated, please comment on this post and answer the following questions. Please give answers in your own time zone, or in GMT -- and tell me which you're using. Please ignore everyone else's schedule at this time: this is all about YOU.  Because we're all special snowflakes.  Except for Fred, who is a special hailstone.

Please reply even if you've told me this information before and nothing has changed. If I don't hear from you at all, I will take that to mean that you are no longer interested in modding and I'll cry.  If you can't commit to a regular mod shift, but are interested in/willing to do occasional Stunt Mod shifts, please say so, but also answer the questions.

If you have never modded at all, or you've been an Emergency Stunt Mod, or a member of the Fic Rush Highly Irregulars, or a Master Usurper, or you modded in the past and took a break and would like to mod again, this is your chance!  Crack a glowstick!  Set off fireworks!

Ye Questions:

1.  Out of our usual 48 hours, what hours are you NOT EVER available to mod? (Due to sleeping, regular commitments, etc.)

2.  Out of our usual 48 hours, what hours are the VERY VERY BEST for you to mod?

3.  There is no number 3.

4.  If your schedule is in mad flux, but you're interested anyway, what's your best guess?

5.  Are you more comfortable with having a set, regular shift that's pretty much the same each weekend, or would you prefer a variable shift, or are you only interested in (or able to commit to) providing occasional emergency usurpation coverage?

6.  Is there a minimum or maximum amount of time that you're comfortable modding?

7.  Are you willing to mod for more than one shift in a 'Rush weekend?  If so, can you do it regularly, occasionally, or only when suitably bribed in emergencies?

8.  Is there anything else I should know about your life that has bearing on this? (for example: you're a student and your schedule goes through periodic reshuffling;  you work on alternate weekends;  you're moving to Antarctica and starting a new job on the night shift;  you're getting married/having a baby/finding a cure for cancer/marrying a Cancer;  you're a clone and can mod twice at the same time, unless you get into a fight with yourself)

9.  VERY IMPORTANT:  What time zone are you in?

1. Anytime after 10pm on both days in my time
2. Anytime between 11am and 8pm my time
3. Yes there is. I can see it. However there is no question to answer here :D
4. This doesn't apply to me unless the Doctor decides to drop by some time and take me on whirlwind adventures
5. I'm happy with a set shift
6. I would like to drop back to one shift a round please. Doing two has become too much at this point in time and I'd prefer it to be on the Sunday if possible
7. I'd be willing to do it in emergencies but after so much time doing 2 shifts I feel I really need to stop. There's just too much happening in my RL at the moment, I can't be worried about this, I'm at my worry limit. I need you to understand, please Beth.
8. Lots of sick relatives who we visit when or if we can/they need us too, even if it means letting go of any other responsibility.

Yikes! Of course you musn't do a double shift any more! I'm so sorry -- I didn't realize you were worried about cutting back, or my reaction to it. Of course I understand! I'm grateful that you're still willing to cover a shift -- please, please, protect yourself against total burnout, and don't hesitate to let me know when you need a month off, or two, or whatever!
