I think you've done some weird things with the change to Daylight Savings Time? Midnight GMT is 5pm PDT, not 6pm. So, my shift starts at 5pm and my last post is at 8pm. Which means Mandy's shift starts at 9pm PDT, which is midnight EDT (if we're talking about the East Coast of the United States).

I always have problems when it changes -- I thought I'd checked it over properly, but it was already late at night by then. I'll have to try to fix it later today!

I can do Saturday night, or earlier Friday night, but I cannot do 11p to 1a (I work in the morning). Ack. Other than that, all looks good to me...

It looks like we're in the same time zone. I could either cover that shift in addition to my Saturday, or swap shifts if that's the case. If that would be helpful.

I'm also willing to swap some of my time. I could do a split shift -- open the round, then give Mandy Hours 2-4 while I take Hours 5-7, which are a lot earlier on this coast!

Thank you, sweetie. Saw the revision. Sorry I wasn't able to cover this one. Hopefully we'll come off the Saturday shifts soon, but it won't be for another month, methinks. I'll try to keep you in the loop. This was sudden and I didn't think - my apologies.

Pivot it, add Sydney, Australia, and make it a spreadsheet instead of a graphic, and it will be something I can use with relief and glee! Otherwise, alas, not so much. The spreadsheet I use for scheduling runs vertically.

If you really think it'll help, I'm happy to - I was mostly messing around for my own interest (time is endlessly fascinating and endlessly confusing!) and thought it might be helpful, and then felt bad about posting because it felt like I was criticising.

(I'm now hard at work on the really magic version where you type the time and timezone into the spreadsheet and it spits out the right answer - although only for the limited timezones - I'm sure there are websites that do it better, but I haven't Made Them Myself ;) )

In fact, it would be lovely! I was afraid that my response would come across as snippy, and I'm immensely relieved that it did not. (If you're a fellow Excel geek, I'd be happy to send you a copy of the spreadsheet I use, although you may sigh over how rough it is. You'd think I'd take the time to build something a bit less bumpy, but noooo.)

I use Foxclocks in my browser as a baseline check, but I always manage to get something mucked up when the time changes. Most of the websites will do one time, one location at a time, and that's it -- not the best approach for a group that never has fewer than six time zones in play! I think the most I've ever had going at once was nine.

The translated hours account for this so it's more an issue of Xavia having OCD nit-picking and not timeline stabilization, but technically Hour 38 should be 1pm GMT, not 3pm :)
