Fic Rush: the two-day ficathon

Round 53 will be the weekend of June 21st and 22nd.  Mods, please confirm if you'll be available - I know the weekend isn't the best for some people.  If we can get hold of a TARDIS, we'll send it to the following weekend so you can come back, but that's a really big "if".

How did you do?  Did you write much?  Was it smut?  Was it as good for you as it was for us?

Well, here's most of a schedule.  Many of our regulars and even some of the Irregulars are unavailable this coming weekend, including the current Champion Usurper, sidlj.  This, of course, means either a lot of gaps, or more opportunities for the title to be claimed by another!

May is being a Very Problematic month.  I will be out of town for most of this next weekend, hanging out with Missy while she attends a conference for librarians, and then I will be out of town again the weekend after that, and Missy will be hanging out with me while I attend a conference for technology wonks in the RIA biz.  This doesn't leave much May for 'Rushing.

If enough people want to have the next round on one of the two weekends when I'm not available, that is another option, and can be discussed in the comments.

Grab your Highest Security Clearance badges and come join us in Area 51!  Just follow the gleam of the glowsticks.  Honest, they're glowsticks.  There is nothing strange going on there.

Round 51 will be the 19th and 20th of April.

We categorically deny all rumours that it will take place at Area 51.  Area 51 does not exist.  No, really, it doesn't.  I've been there and checked.

Round 50 is over!  Our Golden Jubilee was glorious, with 50 shades of gold (give or take a few), plus plenty of writing, editing, researching, worldbuilding, and a fair amount of laundry to boot.  How did you do?  Tell all!  Brag on!

Be sure to thank your Mod Squad:  pitry, agirlnamedtruth, lullabymoon, juliet316, xandromedovna, lothithil, idlewild_, alinaandalion, and myself, lolmac.  Due to various regulars having RL demands, several of us (lullabymoon, juliet316, xandromedovna and I) pulled down multiple shifts, and everyone had to deal with extreme timey-wimeyness due to my having messed up the schedule the DST time change in the US.  So special golden kudos to all!

The time has come, the Walrus said, to talk of modding schedules.  Specifically, it's time for me to update the Master Modding Schedule and ask you talk of many things involving time zones and availability.

If you are a mod, or have modded, or would like to mod, or just want to be well-modulated, please comment on this post and answer the following questions. Please give answers in your own time zone, or in GMT -- and tell me which you're using. Please ignore everyone else's schedule at this time: this is all about YOU.  Because we're all special snowflakes.  Except for Fred, who is a special hailstone.

Please reply even if you've told me this information before and nothing has changed. If I don't hear from you at all, I will take that to mean that you are no longer interested in modding and I'll cry.  If you can't commit to a regular mod shift, but are interested in/willing to do occasional Stunt Mod shifts, please say so, but also answer the questions.

If you have never modded at all, or you've been an Emergency Stunt Mod, or a member of the Fic Rush Highly Irregulars, or a Master Usurper, or you modded in the past and took a break and would like to mod again, this is your chance!  Crack a glowstick!  Set off fireworks!
