juliet316, your shift is shorter and starts an hour earlier, with pitry following you.

Round 12.5 is over!

And it was a great success in spite of being sudden in inception, barely announced, and half-length!

Many of us are suffering from muses (or nurses) kidnapped by penguins, but the glowsticks prevailed, and we’ve started the year in the best possible way: by writing! Now here’s a post so you can brag about what you accomplished!

Round 12 1/2 (The Sudden and Unexpected Half-Round!) will take place from 10 pm GMT Saturday the 1st to 10 pm GMT Sunday the 2nd.   The first post will be at 10 pm GMT, which is 2 pm Pacific time, which is 5 pm Eastern time, which is now my time zone.

isdon_isgood9:  Mod from 5 am GMT Sunday (first post) through 8 am GMT Sunday (last post).

lullabymoon:  Mod from 9 am GMT Sunday (first post) through noon GMT Sunday (last post).

Well, there went December. I don’t know how it was for the rest of you, but I spent the first half of it loading a truck and driving 4000 miles, and I’ve spent most of the second half unpacking boxes and figuring out how to fit two people’s stuff into a single living space.[Poll #1662315]

The November round isn't until the weekend of the 29th and 21st, but I thought it would be fun to have a check-in at this time.

Share your goals and we'll cheer for each other!  Cause that's what we do, and we're damned good at it.

Round 11 is over!  We had glowsticks and penguins and crackfic.  And people wrote and edited and posted.

Less than a day before Round 11 begins!  We will start at midnight GMT, not midnight London time, now that I have learned the difference.  *hangs head*  I thought I could tell time, but the problem is that sometimes it doesn't listen to what I tell it.

And I tell you all now:  I need some help this weekend, covering shifts.  Specifically, I need help with the following:

3 pm - 4 pm GMT Sunday
8 pm - 10 pm GMT Sunday
